Distillery 291: Brand expansion
Distillery 291 established themselves quickly, being awarded the world's best American Rye and best Rye as part of the World Whiskey Awards. With this success in hand, it was time to take their whiskey masterpiece outside the borders of Colorado and share it with the rest of the country.
Warhawk partnered with 291 to position the brand authentically across the United States without losing its local charm. Warhawk used market-specific campaigns, product placement, event activations, and an asset allocation model in partnership with the distribution and business development teams.
Result
Distillery 291 Colorado Whiskey has made great strides in establishing the Colorado Whiskey segment as a player in the whiskey world. Their product can now be found across the United States and Canada, with production almost doubling annually. Internal teams regularly cross collaborate to execute their marketing, production, and distribution models masterfully.
